Quindi il Kriss ha delle mosse meno utili della Lance .... spiegatemi

E' un'indicazione su quanto utili possano essere le mosse speciali associate a quell'arma:

Special Move Factor suggests the possible frequency of usefulness and degree of effect of related special moves.
• “High” suggests the special moves are useful in a broad range of circumstances and with significant effect.
• “Medium” suggests the special moves are useful in a moderate range of circumstances and with moderate effect.
• “Low” suggests the special moves are useful only in certain circumstances and with minor effect.

In soldoni:

Lo "special move factor" indica l'utilita' e l'efficacia delle mosse speciali
"High" - la mossa puo' spesso essere utile
"Medium" - piu' raramente
"Low" - quasi mai

Naturalmente possono essere valutazioni in molti casi assolutamente soggettive (questo l'ho aggiunto io )

EDIT: Edito per dire che la traduzione c'e' anche nel nostro sito:

High indica che la mossa speciale è molto utile in combatimento ed è di effetto significativo.

Medium indica che la mossa speciale è utile in alcune situazioni con un effetto moderato.

Low indica che la mossa speciale è utile solo in certe situazioni e con un effetto di minor portata. "
