Bug Seglanation

Hi, I raised necromancy, and noticed that Corpse Skin-spell is bugging. The formula for it to last is ((Spirit Speak Level - Target's Resist Magic Level) / 25) + 40. With 0 SS to 120 Resist it should last for 35,2 seconds. It does last that time when you cast it to yourself, but when casted to other players it last's ONLY for 8 to 10 seconds. Please fix this bug.

- When self-cast: ( spirit / 2.5 ) + 40.0
- If not self-cast: ( ( spirit - magic resist ) / 2.5 ) + 40.0, not / 25
