As everyone knows it is possible to train lockpicking up to 95% using lockpicks and chests made by tinker with different lvl of tinkering skill. However as I know the only way to train lockpicking more than 95% i mean up to 100% is walking around the dungeons and opening locked chests. Moreover i realised that all chest in every dungeon are opened... So it is impossible for me to rise my skill up to 100% or maybe there is some other way?? Help me plz...

You can also try to open chests of prisoners in the lost land or level 3(?)-4 treasure chests. -
locked chests in dungeons are not implemented yet
at the moment, the only way to raise lockpicking to GM is using prisoners' chest, as said by nightsorrowCommenta
