A friend told me how to repair a totem (tailor deed doesn't work atm but a tailor at 50 skill can repair it). Durability doesn't seem to be a problem so I'm changing the deal - two totems (each 80kk) for Inquisitor's Resolution (160kk). This is my final offer, valid until Friday.
