how Gift of Life works?

i plan to train a spellweaver/tamer.
-if i die, will i be insta-ressurected or after some seconds?
-if i die, will i get all my items? and will i be dressed?
-if my pet dies, pet will be resureccted without any click on menu?

A gump will appear; i.e. the classic gump you get once you have been resurrected.

Once you click ok you will come back to life but you will not have your un-insured item in your pack.
