Password or Update problems

I was gone for a few months, but now am back for happy hunnti'n.
But got a problem offcourse, i can't login. Got the web upside down for "Lost password" or sometin like that, but anyway am quite sure that i remeber it.
My client is on the last update that i've played witch is 6.0.6.0 (patch 63), found some
old threats but nothin helps.

Maybe i messd up my pass' is there 'lost pass' section?
Maybe there's some update i must do?
Nooo, noo .. my acc can't be erased (am steel logged to the web/forum since then)

I think you suffer Purge account for inactivity!
Base GUL accounts not refrehed by log in for more than 2 months (3 months during summertime) will be purged!
Purge causes loss of everithing: house and templates and even account seniority!

there's nothing in the FAQ telling sometin like that...
so that's all .. i was just purged.. and that's it?

Edit: Rules dosen't seem telling something like that either..

I'm terribly sorry for you.. You have lost each thing (pg, items, ecc) and nothing can be done..

No missunderstanding am back for the fun and my pvm is rising (don't tell the gm's am on boat) to power the new pvp to revenge that loss. Maybe my hero and my items are gone but my friends are steel HERE! It will be glorious return!
