Confidence won't work with Archery properly....
This isn't bugged. It was meant to balance PvP.
You cannot parry with the archery skill. However, you can use Bushido with archery...simply without the benefits of Confidence and Evasion. IMO, this pretty much nerfs and form of Bushido Archer...maybe you could invest in a different combat skill?
