uo.stratics.com is the largest data base about UO. There's explained everything you need (or almost everything). Maybe you should start with the basic ninja character, but if you want advanced you should consider what type you like - mage ninja, archer ninja, melee type, with poisoning, stealther.... whatever you like

Take any skills you want Train ninj to 120 and use death strike. :P
Training: Take ninj to 50 at the start -> Traing ninj to 60-70+ with mirror and then use focus attack to 85-90. After that take +ninjutsu jewels and start hitting ds, after little gain you can remove your first jewel and when your ninj is around 110-115 without jewels you can remove them both

and there is another problem i have, as a ninja i cant stealth while riding mounted(horse,llama,watever...) isnt that big disadvantage ?..

and nother problem is that i dont knwo why but i didnt figured out how to use my stealth abilities i tried backstab and surprise attack it turns red, but didnt used when i attacked mob from stealth dont knwo why..and right after i turned out of stealth it wrote: you cant use that ability while not in stealth..or something..am i doing something wrong ? or does that low skill? (52)

Actually it is not so big disadvantage that you cant stealth while mounted :P Otherwize verybody would have stealth and never got killed. To use backstab and suprice attack you need to be in stealth and when you strike it you become visible if it hits or not. The miss is caused by low skill. And to the end I have a little hint backstab and suprice attack are useless ^_^ they do so shitty dmg that its not worth using.
