Will houses decay if you don't enter them within a certain amount of time?

They will decay if
1. You have 2 houses then your first house will decay 7 days after the second house is built.
2. Your account is deleted because you haven`t logged in for 60 days.
3. Admin deletes it for some reason.
It won`t decay if you log in once in a while to refresh your account.
