If you want to get rid of him - try to look for a better reason. I don't know what he did to UOD staff but the reason is just too silly to be truth. I would like to see full explenation of the ban - screenshots, forum posts. For now i can see only reason to jail him for a few hours, not to ban permanetly.
Think about who's right and who has more rights.

In wich of my posts do you find any kind of *F* (as you write) word related?
It's strange,the topic start because grano bollito(is rexmundi? mah )think that his good friend is in jail because the staff hate him and bring any little things (the 8=D story) as a pretest to ban him.
When he realize that this is connected only to the jail don't try to understand if there is another thing more deeper and that the other player don't know but continue with the story that the ban have no reason ecc ecc.
Here there is only 2 parts related at this story,rex mundi (with grano bollito,i don't know) and the staff,if the staff think that this pg must be banned he will have good reasons that he is not obliged to tell at the rest of the shard.
Another little precisation,we are telling about words in game,any strange language used in the forum can eventually bring a sospension (if in game you not write offensive/blasfemy/ecc words)in the other case if a pg go in jail (in game) for any reason and then start to use a bad language in the forum,in that case we can see eventually a ban.

Last thing,more generic,i don't realize why there is some people that try to do all the things that the regulations don't mention or not explain perfectly and when they receive punishment for this start to complain itself......ah always the same people

Try to show that "Shovel" or to say "Fuck Off" to any police officer in the UK or US, the cases are 2:

1) as you say, the police officer starts to dig, and than goes away, because you asked him.

2) you get a cuple of days of real jail (maybe more).
