Lag issues

Hi, recently the server has been lagging alot, and it's not just me but I think I can say all the people that have long distance to the server's location lags (which would be normal but this lag is insane).

There is the ping and here are the statistics:
Paketit: Lähetetty = 20, Vastaanotettu = 18, Kadonnut = 2 (10% hävikki),
Arvioitu kiertoaika millisekunteina:
Pienin = 58 ms, Suurin = 168 ms, Keskiarvo = 94 ms

Sent 20, received 18, lost 2, 10% packet loss.

Lowest ping reply: 58ms, longest: 168ms, average: 94ms.

At one point I had max reply time 300ms++ and packetloss 23%.. This is getting rather annoying..

194.20.107.1 <-- that is the center of the lag.. So could some Gamesnet administrator check that point if it's functioning correctly? :/

I have a similar problem lately. Only difference is that my average ping is 270-300 ms

This is not so simple. That "abnormal" value can be the effect of many reasons not striclty related to the GamesNet network or internet uplink.
Infact in these cases is not possible to do serious diagnostic with only few measures. Internet is complex and there are many variables that changes continuosly.

That node is functioning properly.
BTW we will continue to monitor.

Hmm, seems that after 16.00-18.00 the lag really starts.. Before that my ping is around 100-150 which is bearable but 500-1200 ping is unbearabled since you can't even move properly :/

same problem as mine with CS servers: after 18.00 normally ping raises from 89 to 130 minimum O_o'


i think its a problem of the internet nodes overloaded from you to the server (too many people connected, and the connection of your provider begins to spasm, poor thing )



hope it'll fix from itself in some way soon, i definetly know how is it to play nerfed by own connection problems...
