1- is there any npc in wich to train tracking?
2- in 3D, is there any form to disable the zoom when moving the mouse wheel?
3- how do i raise ninja from 25 to 60 withouth stealth and hiding?
4- how much can i sell my non original hooded (only to know for he moment)

1- The Ranger can train tracking, you find him in the building west of Skara Brae Bank (uppe left)
2- I don't think you can without changing mouse settings in control panel... and even doing so i don't know if it'd work..
3- I cant' answer this because i've never had ninjitsu, but i wonder why you should have it without having stealth... most ninja abilities requires stealth... Anyway, try with animal form...
4- UOD Staff forbids making valutation on the forum... the best way to know at which price sell your items is to read the marketplace and find how much the other players charged that item... Try Marketplace->Various

You have to:
bring it to 37.5 with animal form.
buy two +12 ninjitsu jewels and wear them to reach 60.
start using focus attack all the way to 60 real.
