Ban Punkettoman's Account & Multiaccount

Punkettoman has an multiaccount. It is his "girlfriends" multiaccount, but in fact he doesnt have a girlfriend and I bet he hasnt confirmed the other account with any reliability.

So please GM's investigate punkettomans 2 accounts and ban them for good.

On the multiaccount he has a vet character to res unfactioned player pets. Ban him.
