I found this 40% hit lightning crossbow...Is that not worth ALOT?

With only hit lightning its worth maybe 500gp max.
But one with DI SSI Hit marrow/fireball/lightning is worth alot because korgan the aidexer can only shoot AI. -

Alezi is right - if you're going to use a crossbow for PvP then you really need swing speed increase, damage increase and a special. That kind of crossbow will be bad news if you run into Felucca and take over 2.5 seconds per shot - all it will mean is that you will be finding the nearest wandering healer in no time!
