is skill gain slow like OSI servers?

Hi there - firstly, welcome to the shard.

Yes you are 100% correct in saying that we are an OSI based shard. We however do not have the same gain rates and you'll notice a few other discrepancies that vary us from the OSI model - for example we do allow players to AFK macro in certain instances (Please check out our rules as everything about this is stated there).
