- Direct damage attacks (Armor Ignore & crits on Lightning Strike) are capped at a maximum of 35 damage.
- Word of Death now (properly) does chaos damage instead of direct damage.
- Strength, Dex and Int have a hard cap of 150.

These changes are currently slated to be released with pub 38.

stupid changes again and again
first was 4/6 cap for mages.. lightning was as magic arrow now
second new greater, minor and tokuno arts which allows to have more than 200 dex
and now capped damage for ingores on 35
4.5sec for healing.. and that is while mages cast expl+fs in 4.5 seconds. that means that healing is always blocked
