Question about soul stone

I recently recieved my ticket for a soul stone, and due to a problem beyond my control i lost it.

I hadent used it once yet. Is there any chance i could ask for a replacement?

Soulstone - what soulstone!

Hey man - what happened to me is real annoying.

I got my soulstone (I bought mine) I used it to put 100 mining on it and I locked it down in my living room. Checked it and it was locked down and ok. I go away and the server crashed - when the server came up a while later, my soulstone was gone! Shock horror gasp and theres nothing I can do about it!

I broke my wall with my head and I need to get another soulstone and wall!!!!
