Blocked account

I write this with the chance of any Admin/GM reads it.
My brother's account is locked by 2 days ago,i already sended a page by web some 48hours ago but no one answers...I already said to a GM about we having 2 accounts..

Dude ya bro might been banned just LIKE THOR ^^ actually i dont know that did thor get permanent ban to this shard but he still has my 1.3kk so ild like to get em back from hes account before they disable chars from it
