Training Resisting Spells

I was wondering how to raise my resisting spells. I know it is probably on the Questions and Doubts part of the forum, but I don't know Italian at all so please help!

You have to cast "weaken" to yourself while walking (every 8 tiles, cast...)

You can also go in a ship, put the ship sailing around the world and ta-daa leave a macro casting weaken to yourself.
