Hey, as for I understood the premium system, it is VOLUNTEER but there are monthly payments at the premium system, if you want to stay as a premium.

If I understand the copyright law right, you are violating and breaking the copyright law, so EA Games could sue you.

So maybe you should change the system a bit? If EA Games finds out about this kind of "business", I can say it's the end of UODreams and you are all REALLY deep into shit.

If the premium would be DONATION(=No monthly fees after the donation) then it wouldnt brake the copyright law. BUT when there are monthly payments, quote from the post:

So according to this, if you want to stay as a premium user, you must pay monthly payments, if you want to be premium. Almost the same thing like OSI charges for playing.

You have misunderstood the situation regarding the premium

Suffice to say that if You would become a premium user, you donate the amount above once! after that, no more donation is necessary.
