how do I increase the amount of money I can put in bank box?

I can't seem to put more than 60000 gold in my bank box, but I've seen others having far more gold in their bank box.

Or is the increased size for Donating people only?

I haven't clearely understood what you mean so the cases are two
first case: you're run out of space in your bank box so take out something you don't need in the bank and than read the second case.
second case: you simply have the space but you are tryng to stock more money in that pile.. the maximum amout of a single gold pile is 60.000 gp than you have to start another pile, if you want to save more space just make a check, how to make it?
simple, just go near a banker\minter and type: check xxx
xxx stands for the amount of gp you want to place in the check
if you want to undo the check just d\click it when it's on the bank stash.
