Stealing precious artifact in Doom...

Ive read on "uo.stratics" that on the official servers, many rare decorative artifacts randomly spawn inside Doom dungeon and can freely be picked by anyone with GM Stealing and above...

Is this been implemented on UODREAM ?
(if it is indeed, Is it recommended to get a SOP 110-120 or does gm level is enough to be effective?)

I was also wondering where (and how) peoples seems to get a shitload of artifact equipments lately...
Any advice? Do you hunt alone or in group?
And where exactly...
Any help on this matters would be appreciated THX

To get an artifact you have to kill the Doom monsters...of course you must be in a strong group...
