[Proposta] 720 Skillcap fix

Hello!

So about 3-4 years ago it was decided that 720 skillcap only for veterans was a terrible idea for game balance so it was removed and everyone on Osi would get 720 skillcap from day 1.

This is also for everyone Osi Clone freeshard I know of, except for one, my beloved UoDreams!

So Im asking for this to be implemented here aswell so me and all the other new players will not have to wait for 2 years to pvp properly.

We'are working on other solution for this thing and others.

And, as always, when we are almost ready to make it official, someone asks the question on the forum

So, please wait for our announcement and remember that there is a forum rule that says you can't propose fixes and we explained well in other threads the motivations for this rule.
