If Danes don't give you the gloves you won, the moderator will fine him.
That's all a moderator can do, he can't force Danes to give you the item.

It's sad, I know. Many times seller doesn't give me the item I won.

It's not polite and not very professional to act like people that doesn't sell or buy things,but you can't force no one and not even kick them or you'll be the first to finish in jail.

I don't think so, That is not right, I think Administrator should to fine and take out items which players would like to sell but changed mind or sold it out of marketplace. That's right ...

Just think how much work will it be for moderators or better for the GM.

I agree that this is not right and i hate that (i've never done such a thing) but what can you do about it.

The fine is usually at the least about the value of the object. If you won the object for 5kk the fine will not be lower than that price.
