Question to GM's

Can I play with my friends account if I inform GM's about it and have a permission to use it? My account has been deleted and all my shit is gone so if I would be able to get an old account of my friend is it possible for me to use it instead of getting it banned?
Yes this is at italian side and in english cause I know that they don't read international forum.
