What is with that account deleting ??

Fix that account blocking. It ain't right to mess up peoples time and hard work. Do you admins know how hard it is to raise a char, to get him all the needed arts- it needs a lot of time to waste- and Now you delte account just because one puts some other thing in the name field. In my case my name was right- but that din't stop you from deleting accounts. You jsut don't know how hard it is to start over and over again in different servers- and that server was nice thou. You tell me sorry dude- that's law- Well i say- if you want to get then give- first fix all that server lag and crashes and then go on deleting accounts. It just ain't right. But i can do nothing. You can- just try to raise a char in 10 different shards and i am sure that you will stop deleting accounts for no reason.

I want all palyers who dissagree/have been blocked with acc blocking to say it here. It just ain't right !

Ye it really stinks -.- But thats why you should read the rules.. I also think that there should first be a warning if your account was going to get deleted for false data or something like that because for example when my first account was deleted this was the first shard what would do that for having false data o.o the other 4 accs are different story . I have one acc left- the one with all the arts- but my firend wasn't so lucky- he just told me he delted Ultiam cause this thing sucks. See i am a programer- and i am sure that there si bug with the deleting script- i am sure that i put right data to the deleted acc. But it doesn't matter- it's now lost.

To the Admins: instead of warning when someone is registering- put the same scriopt that desides data is inccorect there- so one can know the data is incorect and fix it isntead of playing 6 mounths and then get all his acc delted. It is relay stupid !

P.S. To all the spaming losers who don't know english: Grow up !

It is funny to see that with the problems about lag/ddos/shit hangin' over here admins and mods have so much free time to waste deleting accounts

Dude, for starters remember the good old "not knowing the rules dont take off your duty to follow them". I also loved your sentence about "I have only 1 account left". Did you know that It's legal only to have one account per person ? You dont have any arguments to blame administration, of course It's sad to loose pixels that you've wasted a lot of time on, but still It's only your fault. Believe me, if you think that administration dont know how hard It is to start, then be sure that I know.
Few months ago I found a bug ... I made a lot of money in very short time. The result was simple, I got all my items deleted. Of course It would've been much easier to blame admins for making mistakes, but It's not an exit. People always manage to see a splinter in someones eye, meanwhile without noticing a wooden branch in their own.

EDIT: And by the way, UoD staff have earned my respect, and It's not an easy job to do. Imho they are the hardest working staff in whole uo. So before you're starting to shit on them, you have to get pass me.

EDIT2: About the new account creating what bardman said - It's bullshit. You can create a new account right before the old one is deleted. You may only use one account per person (IP). But I wouldn't suggest to start flaming on forums, no one likes that.






T3h Ma1n Ed1t: And reading again what you said I got something else to say: Think about our online status. It's like around 500 players usualy online. So think how many times you should increase the number to get the result of how many people are playing here. If administration would have to ask for everyone's passport copy individualy - It would take years. All the presents, rewards would be multiplied. So It is the only way to make sure that no one cheats. Of course there will be people that will manage to somehow break the rules, but It's not escapable. Would you be the person that would like to spend whole days reading how many people have their family playing and so on ?

A me risulta che hai scritto questo. E per me è +1 visto che aveva scritto nel thread che gli era stato cancellato l'account per dati falsi e non per quello che dici tu

@Ioco: GamesNet and UODreams are different. I'm a uod staff, this forum is for UODreams. If you broke the rules with fake data, GamesNet delete your account, UODreams can't do nothing.

There's a simple reason for bans - the staff takes care for their users. I mean when someone's cheating he gets unfair advantage over the other players etc..So we can't blame them. Just when you register be sure to read and understand the rules. Anyway, there's something that admins can do too - maybe when you are going to delete/ban account first send warning or something. I mean mistakes happen, someone might have accidentally added wrong data. If the person didn't do more than 1 account or other big "crime" he deserves a second chance to fix it and enjoy UOD
