This is probably the best suit on all shards of ultima online.
It costed me months and so many gold you couldn't believe me.
The best template to play my mage suit is:
120 Magery
120 Evaluate Intelligence
120 Magic resistence
120 Meditation
120 Swordsmanship
120 Tactics
+25 stats powerscroll
+ 5 stats aos
base stats (before extra mods):

Here a summary of the suit: (for PvP you need all 60s)

This is by far the best cap for a PvP Tank-Mage
2 - gorget: 18/20/6/9/8
Mana Reg: 2 - Lower Mana Cost: 8 - Stamina Increase: 5
The best gorget of the game. Nobody has a better gorget in any shard
3 - tunic: Heart of the Lion: 15/10/10/10/10
Defense Chance Increase: 15
This is a cheap but useful part. If you dont want to have max dci, you can replace it with a mana reg 2 and hit points increase tunic. Your choice
4 - legs: 4/20/7/7/10
Mana Reg: 2 - Lower Mana Cost: 6 - Stamina Increase: 6 - Mana Increase 4

a perfect tank mage needs just three weapons:
1 - a fast cleaver to bleed and infect opponents
2 - a fast harvester for mortal strike
3 - a powerful mana leech longsword for the armor ignore
I have three super weapons of course:
1 - cleaver (do not wear it at bank or hundreds people will annoy you to buy it)

- hit lighting: 40 (!!!)
- swing speed increase: 25 (!!!)
- hit chance increase: 8 (!!!)
- hit lower defense: 32 (!!!)
- physical damage 100%

- spell chan (no malus)
- hit fireball: 24
- damage increase: 35
- swing speed increase: 25
- fire elemental slayer (lol, not my fault)
- damage split: physical 40%; poison 40%; energy 20%
3 - longsword
- spell chan (fc-1)
- hit mana leech 48 (!!!)
- swing speed increase 30 (!!!)
- damage increase 30 (!!!)
- hit dispel 42 (not my fault)
