Hi, How can i get stats fastest? dex, int, str. pls english thank

if you are at the skill cap, you must lock all the skill except:
-wrestling, mace or sword for the str
-item id for the int
-stealing or detect hidden for the dex
this skill must be at 0 and set raising

for raise str you must hit a training dummy, for dex use a pickpocket dummy (if you use the skill stealing) and for the int you must use the skill on an object

the stat will raise every 15 minutes
