Pai-Mei's Katana

Hi,Im trying to do the remove skill quest but I just cant find the Pai-Mei's Katana
Ive been in every single corner of skara Brae and didnt find it.Any clue?a

You have to go to Skara Brae. The katana is green and can be in every place. On the ground or into some vendor. It's quite easy to find

I've reset skills at least 10 times, it works, no bug. When you don't find it... you did not search well enough. No pain no gain. I found it "inside" a wall (outside) of a building in Skara (I mean it was on a tile you can not walk to). Hope this helps...
