On OSI it's like this - 220 sum of anatomy + evaluating int = 120 combat skill when unarmed.
The question is: How the hell is it "fixed" here ? I have made a mage character with anatomy + evalint, but the skills together are useless. Tested it with a buddy of mine - I got hit 100%.
What is the purpose of such a dumb fix ?
