Armors high resistance

Hi All,

How I can prepare armors with high resistances?
I already have a 120 tailor and 100 of arms lore.
Is it necessary combine materials?
Is there any influence Karma and Fame?
Is it necessary any other skill?

Then you need to use a Barbed sewing kit which is a reward for filling a certain kind of large bod.
Yeah, also the material is important depending on which resistances you prefer\need the most.

No fame & karma influence
It is not needed any other skill.

If I use Barbed sewing kit, the difference is not that I have more properties that anothers sewing kit?
I checked that Horned is better to fire resistences, but is low (less then 20) when I prepared the armors...
Is it necessary combine materials?

I suggested the barbed kit not for the resistances but for the props which,if you are lucky,can be 5 (the maximum).
Know that a high resist is considered a prop.
i.e. Fire 15% is considered a prop like mana regen or lower mana cost.
Every resistance who is equal or above 15 (i dont remember the exact value maybe 14) is considered a prop.

So for example you can have a 5 prop (maximum number) piace by having those resistances:

21
18
17
or you can have a 5 prop by having a piece like this

6
9
10
Lower mana cost 6 mana inc 6 hit point increase 4 mana regen 2 stamina inc 5

Usually the props are a mix of resistances and magical bonuses.

So if you want to have a better fire protection use a barbed kit and combine it with horned leather which basically gives more fire resistance.

Horned kit is crap do not even care about it,people always tries to sell it at a low price for a reason :P The lower uses of the barbed is cause it's much better than a horned kit.

The materials MUST be combined since you cannot create anything without them.
So you choose Barbed leather for more cold poison (if i dont remember bad),horned leather for more fire.
But the bonus are random so you may have the piece that you want even using barbed leather.

I forgot to tell you that you can try to improve your production by using the talisman that gives you the bonus in tailoring and exceptional.
You can drop them in the dungeons of ML against the peerless if i remember correctly.
