is quite easy...

kill a sheep, take the wool... use it on a spinning weel (you can find it in various tailor shops, or craft it with your carpenter) you'll obtain some ball of yarns that you can use one a loom (same as above) to obtain cloth...

Trammel also has them, I think in the outskirts of moonglow there's one pen but I could be mistaken...

spawntime for sheep is more than 15 minutes... amazing crap
guys, does anybody know spawn locations (not random like in forests) intead of yew farms for sheep?
