what is a rented vendor? it's a vendor (npc to sell your stuff), placed not in your own house.
why is it usefull? because most of players have not public houses, also not in luna and also they don't want to see any kind of visitors in their own house.
how to place a vendor in other players' houses? it's easy, if house-owner agrees and both players know how to do it.
step 1. buying a rental contract from any npc-banker
step 2. landlord (owner of house) should use this contract to determine the place, where a vendor will stand, renewel period and price of rent.
contract length determins how often the rent is paid.
price for rental is payment from renter to landlord every contract length. free means 0 or no rent.
renew on expiration - agreement between landlord and renter to renew contract autoamaticaly.
step 3. landlord proposes contract. renter accepts.
step 4. (very important). renter should accept autorenewing.
some hints about running a vendor:
1. (very important) vendor takes salary for his servise. this salary is propotional to prices of items your vendor selsl. so whan u start using a vendor u should give him some money just by drag-dropping. 10-30k is ushualy enough. and always leave some money for salary, whan u collect gold from vendor.
2. how to turn vendor around? press customise button, move yourself to direction u want your vendor to face and press close.
3. use some vendor name with sense to describe shorlty what is sold there.
4. don't use millions of backpacks - nobody opens them.
have a good trade.
