The Trinket weaver npcs have quests for 20 lap harps, 10 clocks, 20 spyglasses, 10 studded bustiers, 10 foot stools, and 10 tinker tools. Obviously the tinker tool quest is the best from a resource/carry capacity standpoint, and since the rewards are the same no matter what quest you do its worth it to just decline the others and wait for the tinker tool quest. Heck the tinker tool quest doesn't even waste a tool, just give him the used one with 1 use left and keep a good one you just made.
