english section on forum?

Hello, im new player to this server and i have several questions about skills/classes etc but i couldnt find english section and becouse i dont speak italian i cant question here. So if there is any english section can you tell me where it is exactly. I really dont want to bother players in game, its better to ask on forum. Thank you for answers.
