Enhancing shields ?

Any idea how to calculate the chances for enhancing shields ? Does the armor enhancing calculator on uo.stratics.com work for shield ? (http://uo.stratics.com/content/tools/enhancearmor.php)
In this calculator there are not hci/dci/rpd/fc/sc props to be caunted
So anyone knows ?
For example a shield with 15/14 sc - what are the chances ?

Yes, i think, the props of items are not changed in enhance process.
