Need info about some items

I want to find out something about some items. First item is Dono divino cuore del paladino. I already got some information about that but I want to know more, for example, when was the quest in which this item was given to players and how many of these orange balls were given to players. The second item is flowerpot. It wieghts 100 stones and looks like a flower in a pot But how can you get? Is it from a quest or is it just a no-value in-game item?
