Can't do Tmap!

Hi, I recently tried to do a tmap and looked up the exact coordinates here: http://uo.stratics.com/thb/info/mapa...Archive1.shtml It's a level 1 tmap and I have the cartography and lockpicking to do it. But, whenever I try to dig, all I get is "You can't mine that". Please help, it's driving me insane!

have u do this:

1 double click on pickaxe/showel
2 target tmap
3 target ground

???
