Question about a contact

Im from Poland and I would like to know how can I make any contact with players playing for instance in Italy. Have you got a mIRC chanel or something like this or some other program available also for people living in other country?? What is ICQ that some players write for others to contact ??
I wont to buy jewels from forum but i have no ide how to make contact with seller.
Can anyone help me??

In our forums we use to write icq number in post or profile to simplify contacts
