Help with selling items

Hello, I am relatively new to UODreams, and have over my time found some decent items. Almost all of the items have the potential to become really nice pieces of armor, and I was wondering if these items are valuable or not. Do people buy the potentially good items or only the good items? If the potential items are good, then I was wondering if anyone could help me in selling them. I am too poor to buy a house near any good selling location, so I can not have vendors where people would see them. If anyone would be willing to either help me sell them or tell me if they are valuable or not, I would appreciate it. I am going to try my best to translate this to italian .
