Some General Questions About UOD!

Well i'm kind of new to this shard, and i have some questions about different subjects I would like yo ask you!

1- I think Paragon creatures aren't implemented, is that right?

2- Steleable artifacts in Doom are implemented?? I mean the Rares and rarity level 10 artifacts, all those...

3- The number of accounts you can have in this shard is 1, or in some way you can have more? (i mean is it legal?)

4- Are factions well balanced at the present? Or one of them is very powerful and the others are always getting killed?

5- Is there anyone in here playing order - chaos or just factions?

6- Is publish 25 running here? bandage slip in 19, changes in poison, 1 sec swing etc?

1. No, for unknown reasons.
2. Some as above
3. No, only 1 account per person (again for unknown reasons)
4. One of them is very powerful (com) during afternoon and evening, and during night the tbs are the most powerful.. So, not, it is not balanced at all.
5. Yes, someone plays the chaos/order system
6. Yes

not true... there ARE reasons...
paragon and other stuff isn't implemented coz the shard is huge and a small bug can cause big problems. so scripters must be sure that scripts are absolutely bugless
as for the account stuff... well yes it's hard to play just with one considering the bod system, but it's not a problem concerning UOD, it concerns GamesNet, which hosts uodreams and does not permit more than one account (which doesn't mean only 1 for IP, if u have a brother or a friend playing with ur computer or in LAN u can use 2 accounts after a validation test)
