[BUG] Monstrous Interred Grizzle

I would like to represent one of the nasty bug seeing it I was surprised. I went with my guild mate to fight Grizzle. My guild mate died and I went downstairs floor to resurrect him using Noble Sacrifice. Suddenly I died because Grizzle spit through the sink underground is that a joke?
