In UO Dreams, HP regeneration given by bushido Confidence, is given in increments of about 8-10 HP, about 1 each second.
In OSI it is different. The final amount of HP restored is similar, but with a difference
In official servers about 3-4 hp are restored each time, but at much faster speed and from the very moment you start using the spell. in UODreams there is more delay for the first 10 hp healed, and the intervals are longer, resulting in less useful skill.
