[MANTIS]Alchemy: Damage formulas for Explosion and Conflagration potions are wrong

After testing 100 Explosion pots on OSI Test Center and dreams
Both tests with Alchemy 100. Enhance Potions 50


OSI Test Center:
Min Damage 21
Max Damage 31

UO Dreams:
Min Damage 10
Max Damage 19

Damage oscilated randomly between these values. you would usually do damages averaging 25 dmg.


Now tests with 10 Conflagrations:

OSI Test Center:
Min Damage 6
Max Damage 8

UO Dreams:
Min Damage 1
Max Damage 4

Supernova Potions (Test against 0 Resist targets at POINT BLANK, couldnt do many test because these potions cost a whooping 500 silver..)

OSI Test Center:
Min Damage 72
Max Damage 75

UO Dreams:
Min Damage 35
Max Damage 35

CONCLUSION: At the moment, the whole Alchemy skill is so crippled. its 100 skill points that are getting only about 40% performance of how it should be compared with EA Servers, reason being Explosion pots doing about 40% less damage, Conflagration pots doing about 70% less damage, Supernova pots doing 50% less damage (and costing 5x more).

This requires attention because it affects a whole skill that is used in PvP.
