[MANTIS] Craft Talismans?

I have 2 talismans. Both are for bowcrafting.

First one has exceptional bonus 29% and normal bonus 23%

Second one has exceptional bonus 30% and normal bonus 30%

Normally I have 100% succes chance and 55% exceptional chance on crossbow.

When I equip First one (23/29) I have 100% succes chance to make crossbow and 61% for it to be exceptional.

When I equip the 30/30 talisman I get 100% succes chance and 55% exceptional chance, which is the same as without any talisman..huh?

So they are bugged somehow? Or didnt I really not understand how they work? 30/30 should be better than 23/29, right? And why 30/30 doesn't improve my chances at all?

Ok I tried to check the chances with 20/29 talisman now too, it gave the best result of these 3. 100% succes and 64% exceptional. Now it seems that all bowcrafting bonus that would take the chance over 100% is being taken off from the exceptional chance.
30/30 gives me no bonus at all because the succes chance is 100% and then it would go to 130% and then it deletes that 30% exceptional bonus so it gives 0%. Is this really intended?

0/30 talisman would be the best choise to make crossbows as it gives the full 30% exceptional bonus instead of 0% like 30/30 talisman does.

If I equip 30/0 talisman my exceptional chance goes down by 30%. Lol?
