I crafted one kit (25 charges) composite bows from ash wood.

6 out of 25 didn't get the properties that Yew tools should give.

Here are the details of Yew runic tools:

* Comes with 25 uses
* Adds/Enhances 3 properties
* Intensity range is 40% to 90%
* Some properties can be crafted higher than normal (before material bonus is applied)
o Hit Chance Increase to 25%
o Defense Chance Increase to 25%
o Luck
o Any resistance to 16%

So lets talk about the comsposite bows I made. I give you some examples of the bugged composite bows.

This one was the most weird:

Damage Increase 41% <--- Exceptional AND 3. Yew tool bonus ??? exceptional gives 40% and Yew tool only gives 1% ? How can that be? Yew tool supposed to have intensity range 40% to 90%. So it can never ever give only 1% damage increase.
Lower Requirements 20% <--- Ash bonus
Swing Speed Increase 10% <--- Ash bonus
Physical Damage 100%

So these were the bugged composite bows from my yew runic fletcher's tools. Now Im too afraid to try to craft my heartwood tools if it has the same bugs, which I bet it has. But let's hope for the best so only yew tools are bugged. Or maybe this is not bugged, but I thought this shard is trying to be as close to OSI so this should be changed/fixed Those runic tools are so hard to get and needs a lot of time and effort and gold to get that I dont prefer anyone to craft their kits before a fix :P

Remember that it's possible that runic tool gives a bonus to durability.
Are you sure you didn't get "Durability some%" in the properties?

None of them says "Durability *%" so Im 99.9% sure they didn't get it. The durabilities on those bows are between 55~ and 110~ which seems pretty normal. I dont even think you can get durability bonus on bows with runic kits, atleast I've never seen it happen.

110 durability is indeed a bit higher than you normally get, but that still doesn't explain this "bug" because 2 of those bows have 55 and 63 durability. And if there is a secret durability property that is not shown in the description of the bow, it's still a bug? There is something weird going on with the runic fletching kits :P

You can get Durability Bonus on bows and it's not invisible, so if you can't see it is because there isn't.
We will investigate this problem.

Ok good Let us know if you find something out. I crafted another yew kit last night and it seemed to make "bugged" bows too. About 20% was missing the third property.
