[QUESTION]Does arms lore worcks?

Well i just updated my clien and read thath in the newe pach some adjustments have been made ,, for example The bonus to resists for exceptional armor creation is 1% for every 12.5 points of Arm Lore. Maximum of 8% bonus resists ... dose this worcks in UODreams ?
