Here's how it works on OSI:
Player A attacks Player B with Death strike.Player A has not tracked Player B.
1)Player B hasn't moved for 5 seconds.Player B recieves Player A's Ninjitsu/10 Damage.
2)Player B has moved more than 5 steps.AFTER 5 seconds player B recieves Player A's Ninjitsu/30 damage CAPPED AT 35.Which means that Player B cannot recive more than 35 damage from Death strike when not tracked.
Player A attacks Player B with Death stirke.Player a HAS tracked Player B.
1)Player B hasn't moved for 5 seconds.Player B recieves Player A's Ninjitsu/6 damage.
2)Player B has moved more than 5 steps.AFTER 5 seconds Player B recieves Player A's Ninjitsu/2 damage AGAIN CAPPED at 35.
No matter the damage there is a very crucial bug about Death strike - It doesn't matter if the target has moved or not, doesn't matter how much damage it will recieve, THE TARGET RECIEVES THE DAMAGE AFTER 5 SECONDS - not earlier, not later.Exactly 5 seconds after the death strike has been implied on the target.Currently you recieve the damage right after you move 5 steps which is around 1 second which is totally absurd and not according to OSI.It also makes dexxer ninjas extremely overpowered and it should be fixed.Currenly most of the shard is exploiting this bug as you can see there is not a single pvp character without ninjitsu becuase everybody knows of this bug and is using it.This is completely reproduceable ot TC and i can prove it to Staff if it is needed
