[BUG]i lost my berseker

the berseker was insured i have more 200k in adena coins in my bank, but when i was fighting i cant equip it and later qhen i die and res, the berserk dindt be in my bag!

I dont know what happened, but i lost my berseker and i wannna know what happened and regive pls

this bug has been reported MANY times, unfortunately disappeared items are gone for good, since i'm afraid they will not be refunded.

BTW "adena coins" ? this is Ultima Online not Lineage the currency in Ultima Online is the "Gold coin", or better the "thousand of gold coins", commonly known as "K" ^_^
