    dmg cap depend on a victim resistance.. set right me if i'm wrong
    cup grows up if res is lesser than 70.
    so if victim have 60 res i can ignore-crit him on 45 or more.

    hmm.. i know that on OSI u can hit victim more than for 35 dmg with ignore/crit
    how u comment this ?

    Armore ignore bypasses your enemy's resistancies.
    So is not important if either he has 60 phisical resistance or 0.
    Now with the introduction of the so called "PUB 38", the damage of the Armor Ignore in pvp is capped at 35, with no limits for pvm.

    Tell me if u have other troubles, or if I didn't understand your problem.

      I tell as to me people playing on OSI have told
      so.. somebody checked on OSI before introduction ?
      And who answers for it? Tomorrow i can tell more in detail and more confidently as works cap on dmg on OSI.

        no here they dont test,the just put new scripts just to say that they are an osi like up to date shard

          it's more than stupid... as far as i play games there always have beed weapons which dealt small and huge dmg... there was fast weapons and slow weapons every weapon has its atributes - fast weapon dealt small dmg but in short time could hit couple of times and slow weapons hit once but hard. as it is in real life - you can shoot using a gun or a canon. if you make a canon will deal the same dmg as a gun and three time slower you make it useless. the same is if you consider kryss and hammer pick now hommer pick i completely useles cuz it deals the sam dmg by ignor as kryss and it's more slower. lack of words to describe it

            Only direct damage special are capped at 35hp, the normal swing dont have cap.
